Michael C. Hammond

Michael Hammond is responsible for formulating and executing S3I’s strategic plan for direction and growth.  He is the visionary and creative executive who possesses dynamic experience leading and managing successful information technology (IT) organizations, programs and projects within Industry and the Federal Government.  A retired Air Force Commander, he finished his career commanding at the Group and Squadron for the AF’s 5th largest operational wing.  He twice led his units to be awarded the #1 Comm & Info organization in the Air Force.  Mr. Hammond is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has held the Security+ certification.  He has an AA degree in Spanish from the Defense Language Institute in Monterrey California.  He holds a BS from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, an MS in Administration from Central Michigan University and a MBA from the R.H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland at College Park.

Adria E. Hammond

Vice President - Human Resources & Marketing

 

Adria Hammond provides strategic management and direction for S3I’s marketing and human resources.  She has extensive knowledge and experience in recruitment & retention, personnel development, benefits & compensation, HR policy development & legal compliance.  She also serves in the Air Force Reserves and is assigned as the Deputy Branch Chief for the Air Force's Assignment Policy at the Pentagon. She has held a variety of squadron, Major Command, and Headquarters staff positions to include flight and squadron command in the Air National Guard, Air Force Reserves and temporary duties in the regular Air Force.  She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and will receive her Professional Human Resources Certification in Sep 2017.  She is a native Spanish speaker.  She holds a BS in Business Administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island and an MS in Human Resources from Central Michigan University.
